OpenStudy (nautika27):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What level math is this?

OpenStudy (nautika27):

what ? I just need help and can you please help me

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well who as the lest amount of money? (this is me helping)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the first box is, Randell and the last box is, Jeremy (obviously)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay. dont all he need to do is at leatst TWICE as much as jeremy?

OpenStudy (nautika27):

I guess so so do I + or x ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

WAIT, Jeremy has to do more chores than Randell by 7

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y? if randal needs to gain mor money to get ahead f Jeremy? @yingpeng

OpenStudy (nautika27):

wait I don't get it what to do ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Because Jeremy gets less money than Randal

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Jeremy only gets about 14 a week where Randal gets 20

OpenStudy (nautika27):

oh k so what do I do now

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Idk how to fully explain it but I did how much they need and subtracted how much they have then divided how much they earned a week. Then I subtracted the amount they needed but I would like someone to confirm if i am right because I got Jeremy need to do 1 more chore

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no Randell gets 28$ every 2 weeks, because his parents only allow him to mow the lawn ONCE every TWO weeks.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Jeremy has to do more chores

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Randell has to do less chores

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The difference is 7

OpenStudy (nautika27):

ok so randell go in the first box and Jeremy go in last in 7 in the middle ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

to calculate it for jeremy, you would do 1469-640, then the answer/20

OpenStudy (anonymous):

same thing for randell

OpenStudy (nautika27):

wait I thought we had to you guys are confusing me so my answer is wrong u want me to change it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

NOOO the first box - jeremy second box - 7 third box - randell ^ thats the answer!

OpenStudy (nautika27):

thw hole thing was wrong this whole entire time but thanks for helping

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't understand what level math it is

OpenStudy (rhystic):

thats because you didn't account for the amount of chores done for jermey is 4 @ two weeks while Randell is 3 @ two weeks but randell overall needs more weeks of chores about 2.4 weeks worth so that means 4 . Randell needs to do 4 more chores then jermey.

OpenStudy (rhystic):

yingpeng you didn't read the problem correctly.
