We need to make sure we're being nice to them though.  And not saying something like "Hey!  Don't post this stuff! Close it now!"  THat wouldn't make them feel welcome.  It's always best just to let them know kindly and if they flip out on you, leave and forget about it.

Well they aren't spam as long as the asker posts the question in the same post. Many of them are new and don't really know how to ask or what to post. But soon enough they will learn the ropes and become long time members of our community if we are nice to them in the beginning and don't get mad at them for their small mistakes when they were newbies! :)
