thats my question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is D because before you add 20 the mean is 65 and the median is 65, but when you put the 20 into it the mean goes down to 59 and the median goes down to 60

Which is the better measure of center to summarize the race times? A. Mean. The reason: One racer raises the average time. B. Mode. The reason: It is the time that the most racers got. C. Median. The reason: It disregards the highest and lowest times.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats my question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think that it is mean because the mode would be 26 and thats the lowest and the median would factor in the highest and lowest number
