Well it depends on what they are trying to do with those accounts. What exactly are these accounts doing?

Are they messaging you and then you block them. And so then they message you from another account?

Well there is no way to technically report it except by telling a moderator.

If they are not medal spamming them selves or others then i dont think its a problem. But if you want u can report it and let the mods take it from there :D

And there is no way to know for sure if those accounts all belong to one user. Mods would have to ip check to make sure.

some people simply dont recall their account info so they make a new account.  new users also might not like how their name looks so they make a new account.  others are spammers.  and there is a highly unlikely probability that maybe they might be different users altogether.

making multiple account to try to inflate your ratings on this site is a violation, but other than that i do not see it as an issue.  there might be some other reasons for it that i cnt think of at the moment
