Can someone explain to me why this happens every time I reload the page?

those people in the pictures own the site. I happens to everyone especially when you reload the page just wait it out :)

if I click on view detailed profile for anyone, that black hair guy comes as their profile pic
and i have to wait like a few minutes and then it loads the users profile pic
