The answer would be Penelope because he connects with her the most. Because she stayed loyal to him the whole entire time he was gone. There were so many suitors at her house, trying to marry her, but she was waiting for her husband to come back and refused to marry any of them. Odysseus was gone for over 10 years. That's devotion.
