Ah, I saw it was B because the line explains how man uses microscopes to study life up close, and when they do, they see how so many new creatures begin multiplying in such small amounts of substances, which is pretty fascinating. :p

C was a good answer, but Mars has no moving inhabitants to see Earth with. :]
