Sam measured the height of a window frame as 5.23 feet, but the actual height was 6 feet. What is the percentage of error in Sam's measurement? 6.79% 7.79% 11.23% 12.83% wouldnt it be 0.77%??

yes it should be 0.77 but they want you to get a different answer I think its 6.79
