Well the call thing works like this.

the "@" is like a calling so when someone put that infront of someone username its like calling them or telling them you need them or put there name in your post etc.

So if i put @Lover9 that means i was calling u or talking to you, stuff like that.

"@" can be used to ask someone for help on a question like.
"Hey there @lover9 can you help me on this question or
"Great comment @lover9

But do note note not everyone goes to tags. Some people have even changed their settings to that way they only get alerted whensomeone who they fanned tags them Or not to recieve notifications about any tags.

And some people just go to tags and leave without helping or may just accidentally skip a tag.
