The diagram below shows a 30-60-90 degrees triangle A. Find the lenghts of the missing sides. Show how to find lengths. B. Find the sine, cosine, and tangent of 30. Write as decimals rounded to the four decimal places C. Find the sine, cosine, and tangent of 60. Write as decimals rounded to the four decimal places

OpenStudy (wolf1728):

Could you post the diagram?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the ratios of a 30 - 60 - 90 right triangle are \[1:\sqrt3:2\] for short side : long side : hypotenuse

OpenStudy (anonymous):

your short side is 7 double that to get the hypotenuse multiply it by \(\sqrt3\) to get the long side

OpenStudy (wolf1728):

Is that diagram correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (wolf1728):

You have the hypotenuse as 6 yet another side is 7. Hypotenuse should always be the longest side.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think that is a C, not a 6

OpenStudy (wolf1728):

And that letter or number at the bottom is "a"?
