Many things can raise your SmartScore, such as answering questions, getting medals, receiving fans, fanning others, giving medals, asking questions, getting testimonials, being on OpenStudy daily, inviting users to OpenStudy, and so much more. Within your SmartScore you have SubScores - Problem Solving, Teamwork, and Engagement. Different actions go to different SubScores. For Problem Solving, you can answer questions and receive medals, fans and testimonials to raise it. For raising Teamwork, you can give others medals, give fans, and getting tagged or tagging others. Lastly, to raise Engagement, which is the hardest to do so, you have to be on OpenStudy diligently, ask questions, and get medals on that asked question.

SmartCents are a currency that can be exchanged for Titles on certain subjects. They are earned every time a user gives you a medal, and when you invite someone. Keep note that when you spend SmartCents on a title, you retain the medals you have gotten but only the SmartCents gets reduced.

The lag is essentially caused from too many users being online on at the same time.

Quite simply, the Admins and the Dev team have not decided on what to name them. Feel free to make suggestions! Your suggestions may become the future name of a title.

It is possible to get a SmartScore of 100, however only one user on OpenStudy can have it at a time. The current holder of that position is @Satellite73. To become the user that holds 100ss, you have to pass that user’s SubScores. You can also get a Subscore of 100, like Satellite and @hhelpplzzzz (however this can be subject to change).

It was said the app for Google Play will come out April-June 2015, but we believed it has been postponed. That means we aren't 100% sure when the app will be released, but let's hope soon!

Question 14, you also can increase your engagement by getting more days studied which increases for everyday you log in.

Chats are an area where you can talk freely (you still have to abide by the rules) and have fun. Any off topic things (that are allowed) can go there. If you want to ask people what superpowers they want then chats are the place to go! The chats are also a great way to make new friends and know other people.

The chats will usually be at the bottom of the page. They look like this.

You can close a chat by clicking at the yin yang symbol that is at the top of a chat.

You can open a new chat by studying a section. The chat for that section will pop up. If you want to open a chat that you had closed before then just click the yin yang symbol. http://prntscr.com/6wip9t

You can always bring the chat up again by studying that subject.

You can do just about anything and chat about any random things. However you still have to abide by the rules. That means no spamming and no bad words. No other chat links are allowed. No YouTube links to inappropriate things are allowed. Try not to hurt anyone's feelings and be nice. :)

Another way to do this is by clicking the "Hide Chat" button at the top right corner of the chat box. You can re-open it by clicking the icon at the bottom left corner of your screen that is identical to the one you click to get rid of it.
