I have a guy friend that is 20 years old and he has been trying to have a kid with 3 different women's since he was 16 but he hasnt a baby yet does anybody Knows why?

It could be any number of reasons: maybe he was just able to randomly have sex with three women who were a infertile or more likely he himself is infertile.

Or a combination of both.

could have just been the timing of when they had sex, they might not have been ovulating. or he could be sterile. he should get checked
