What is a common theme of Edward Scissorhands and Frankenstein?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

whats their similarities?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

They are both isolated and are outcasts.

t's a been a while since i have seen those movies, but i guess you could say that they are similar because they both had problems being accepted in society and were both seen as freaks/monsters. even if they tried to cope and blend in with society or no matter how nice they were in their hearts, they were still seen as being "monsters".. like when edward was trying to help do something and i think he cut somebody by mistake. he didn't try to but, it wasn't perceived that way. and i think frankenstein was just totally misunderstood by everybody and hate for him drove him to rage. hope that helped. like i said it's been a while.

It's okay to be different, it doesn't make you any less loved.
