Can somebody help me with this linear worksheet?
the x column tells you the value of x the next column tells you it substituted the x value into the equation and the y column is the y value after substituting x into the equation in the column (x,y) you are writing a coordinate using the x value and y value so for question 3 i will show you one example x=-2 substitute x=-2 into y=3x-1 so you replace x to be -2 y=3(-2)-1 y=-6-1 y=-7 in the last column (x,y) you will get (-2,-7) to draw the graph, you will plot the coordinates onto the graph so if you have (1,1) (2,2) (3,3) you put an x on the part of the graph where x=1 and y=1 an x where x=2 y=2 an x where x=3 y=3 then draw a straight line going through every point this is the same for all of your questions
have fun
