Yes. If you look at how many gallons is 1 mile at. That determines the unite rate Also unit tates is always 1 on the bottome. So C.

oh thanks now i get it :D so its only on the first one?
well if you went to two it would be 2;30 then you simplify back to 1:15 so the unit rate stays constant
