Rounding is always done at the end of all calculations, otherwise the answer might be incorrect.

By the way, instead of multiplying by 0.26 and then adding the outcome to the wholesale price, it may be quicker to just multiply by 1.26 instead.

But if you prefer using your method it's fine too.
