What do you think of prisons? Do we need them? If so, why? If not, what changes would you propose to the Canadian correctional system that would make prisons unnecessary?

we need them. some people cannot be around other people without putting them in danger. some serial killers, sexual sadists, pedophiles cannot stop themselves. they need to be in prison for the safety of othrs
