HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

Perimeter measures the total length of sides of a triangle. Since you already know two of them, you can add them up to find out how much length you have so far. So what is the total amount of the two sides given in this problem, 18 +9?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

27

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

Great! and we know that the total perimeter is 49 meters, so subtract the total length you know so far (27) from 49, the actual total length, and that will give you the value of your third side

OpenStudy (anonymous):

22

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

correct :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks for the help and explaining i already fanned you but here is the medal

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

Thank you, much appreciated :)
