Right now, that says "I talk with Miguelito." and we want to say "I'm talking with Miguelito."

He is - El esta
She is - Ella esta
Ellos estan - They are (masculine)
Ellas estan - They are (feminine)
We are - Nosotros estamos

Right so, "estoy hablando" but try adding "Yo" in front.

So it's "Yo estoy hablando."
