Ok! Let's see here! First plug in the numerical values. Which would be.... b = 2 *17 over 5*. So then, divide 2, 17 on top 5 on bottom, in conclusion of dividing you would get: 2.5 then divide it down and you should get a value of 3.8 (im not exactly sure on this one but I'm 80% sure it is 3.8).
