How do I find the measure of the arcs? AD is a diameter of circle F. Please help.

I don't want the answers...just want to know how to find them :)
Arc length = radius X angle X π / 180 55 = radius X 100 X π / 180 radius = 31.5 cm
so for arc BC, how would I start finding it's measure?
the little sqr in the mild between b and c =90
