help, needed :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ready

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):

i need to graph these parametric equations ; ; x = 3 sin3t y = 3 cos3t

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):

x = 3sin 3t y = 3cos 3t Which means x² = 9sin² 3t y² = 9cos² 3t

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):

i did this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

go to mathway.com it will help you

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):

then i added them up x² + y² = 9sin² 3t + 9cos² 3t = 9(sin² 3t + cos² 3t)

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):

with trig identities i resulted with x² + y² = 9

https://mathway.com/

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):

is this right?

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):

what i mathway o3o?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

mathway will graph it for you we gant graph on openstudy

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):

how do i use it should i say ^.^

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):

well before i graph i need to solve the equation or make it simpler at least :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im not very good with this but that looks correct but type in the equation and select what you want it to do with it it does not show steps but will solve

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol yeah just ype in X and Y and it will graph it i use it all the time

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):

alright thanks ^.^

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):

i will see what i can do xD

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):

but you dont happen to know if my work is correct right?

OpenStudy (jennyrlz):

i think i am right but since this isnt a test or anything i cant verify my answer with any choices :/
