Aerobic capacity is akin to endurance. Like when people say they need to work on their cardio, this is what they're talking about. In short, it's not how much you can lift, but for how long you can lift. That means muscular endurance

actually wait, this is tricky. The heart is itself a muscle, while that may be included in this question; I think what they might be looking for as an answer is heart strength
