According to a national survey, 16% of U.S. adults use the Internet to make telephone calls. In a random survey of 100 adults, what is the probability that at most 20 of them use the internet to make telephone calls?

Has the cumulative dstribution function been covered in class? If so, then the answer can be calculated for F(20, 100, 0.16) in which k=20, n=100 and p=0.16.
this may take a while, what sort of distributions have you covered? maybe a normal approximation to the binomial?
and, what sort of tools do you have, ti83 or something? or just tables
