I'm helping a friend on their calculus homework, but it's been far too long since I've done any math involving series and convergence tests. Just wondering if the alternating series test is valid for this problem

\[\sum_{n=1}^{\infty} \frac{ (-1)^n n^3}{ 3^{n/2} }\]

you can definitely use it, but not sure if it will help(I haven't done it yet) here is a reference for actually computing it http://tutorial.math.lamar.edu/Classes/CalcII/AlternatingSeries.aspx

great resource, cheers!
