graph the equation. x=3. I do not get what they are asking me to do. Can some kindred soul help me?

it just means to draw it out in graph form.
So since the equation is "x=3"
This means that for EVERY y-value, the x-value would be 3.
E.g. when y= 0 , x = 3, when y = 1 , x = 3 , when y = 10000 , x = 3.
