alright. For the introduction.

What I usually do:
1st sentence would be something general about volunteering.
2nd sentence would be the idea opposing your point, explain why they think that volunteering is not good for students. Then after you done that, next is
3rd sentence or the 'However' sentence in which you state your argument.
4th sentence will be your thesis. This is where you put each supporting reason for your argument but in a shorter form.

Yes that's great. But I think since this is just an introduction you can use third person instead of 2nd person pov.

So let's rephrase that a bit:

Now, move on to the next thing. State the counter argument.
