What would be the magnification of a specimen viewed with a compound light microscope that has an objective power of 10x and an ocular lens power of 5x?

Do you have any ideas?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im thinking 50x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

To calculate it we will take the power of the objective lens (objective power), and the ocular power and multiply them giving us 10 * 5 = 50x. Correct!
