No, changing your username isn't possible because it would ruin the whole tagging system, but if you want to change your profile name on your bio, you can.

That isn't possible. You would have to make a new account and start afresh, and your ss isn't at its peak in difficulty to raise, so I would suggest you start now if you want to change your name,

Actually it is possible to transfer everything to a new account but it would be too timely, costly, and inefficient. @TheMysteriousRainbowPegasus
