OpenStudy (kyanthedoodle):

I don't think there's anything wrong with A. Look for a sentence that misses an apostrophe when referring to a possessive pronoun, in other words, a noun with an S that's missing an apostrophe.

OpenStudy (vcabral1134):

C

OpenStudy (kyanthedoodle):

Okay. Let me rephrase that statement because I didn't take a look at C. That one doesn't need a possessive because nothing belongs to the dirty bowls. The sentence is just stating that there were dirty bowls covering the kitchen counter. Normally when you look or a possessive pronoun, you look for an animate object. You know, a person for instance.

OpenStudy (vcabral1134):

D?

OpenStudy (kyanthedoodle):

Yeah. Sorry I messed up when trying to explain it the first time. :D

OpenStudy (vcabral1134):

It's Ok. Thank you for helping me!
