If two integers have the same absolute value, which of the following is true about the integers. A.they must be the same integers B.they must be the opposite integers C.they could be the same or opposite integers D.there is not enough information to answer this question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'd go with D. because it doesn't tell the integers so A could be right but not for sure because one number could be 2 for example and the other could be a billion we can't say there the same without knowing and there is no such thing as opposite integers when it comes to Absolute value every number is positive

OpenStudy (ashsmashum1290):

What about C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C would also be wrong because there isn't a chance of opposite integers as i said in the first reply and not enough info to say that they could be the same

OpenStudy (ashsmashum1290):

okay thanks

Your Welcome
