The way the Europeans set up their little caste system was like this: The more European you were, the better. That means that Europeans from Spain are top dog, and Indians are on the other end of the scale. In between you have the Europeans born in central American and the mestizos, who were half indian, half European. That should help you answer the question.

Its certainly D Native Indians were considered "untouched" by Christianity thus they were considered worthless by the Spanish.
