sin^2x−cos^2x−tan^2x=2sin^2x−2sin^4x-1/1-sin^2x for x=45 degrees celcius

put everything in terms of sin^2
cos^2=(1-sin^2)
cos^4=(1-sin^2)(1-sin^2)
and simplify
