I am not a 100% sure, but here's what I think: The enlightenment, and the American and French revolution all spread these ideas of liberty and rights of Mankind and its potential. So those three would be a direct influence on Latin American revolutions. The Mexican-American war, however, was more of a political thing, and less of a humanistic struggle. Personally, I think the Mexican-American war would be the least inspiring tale for a revolutionary compared to the other choices.
