Several.  French and American sign are related, but British is completely different.  Those are just a few to start, but there have been systems developed in many countries that predate globalization and international trade, so just about every major country has theor own.

Well, ASL, if I recall, is like the 3rd most popular language in the USA.  So they are also widely used languages.
