[Feature Request] Labeling and sorting posts by hashtag.

If someone was good at french or calculus, for example, they could scroll through posts with those labels and help in the areas they were good at. important openstudy announcements would be labeled as an announcement, and you could subscribe to a hastag to be notified when one comes up.

maybe it would be best being labeled like [example] instead of #example, because people tend to have a preconceived notion of what hashtags are for, and they would be abused.
