Question

I'm seriously falling behind in Algebra and honestly it's my worst subject. I'm basically clueless. Could someone explain these two problems to me? They're both inequality, and I do have a few more but I think if I can understand how to solve them, I could do the rest on my own. :-)
1. Choose the correct solution and graph for the inequality.
z+1/8 > 1/5

2. Choose the correct solution and graph for the inequality.
y+7 <= 5
