Because it is growing/bigger, the strech is greater than1. your only options could be are 8.4/4 or 4/8.4 Which is the answer?

It is one of the two. given that is is growing, it must be greater than one. Divide 8.4/4 and 4/8.4 and see which is greater than one. The one that is greater than one is your answer.
