You need video editing software that suports having multiple inputs.  You overlay them as the different framses and move them up and down as desired.  Then overlay the black to make it look like the frames.

I have done things like that with Debugmode Wax, but that is pretty old stuff. There are lots of things out there: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_video_editing_software
