IP bans occur, if you have been a naughty boy and the admins want you to stop making accounts and spamming, trolling, etc.

Or it now happens whenever a mod gives a suspension, a perma-ip-ban is issued.

So if you have an alt that is currently suspended, that will put you in a ip ban until that suspension is over :P

Since you match over 661 names, it is effectivly imposible to know which one got banned. In fact, since it exceeds the buffer, I can't even say if the banned name is in the list.
