What exactly are you looking for? A class? The Standford SEE classes do Java then C++ A book? There are several. http://freecomputerbooks.com/langCppBooks.html A reference? http://www.cplusplus.com/ Learning the basics? http://www.tutorialspoint.com/cplusplus/index.htm Frankly, c++ is not something I susgest people try to just pick up. If you have had actual classes in computer science, in any language, then the logic needed to approach c++ will be easier. Otherwise, it is a bit of a steep curve for a beginner.

Yes, that is where having other, free books can help.  Not every author says thngs the same way.  Also, you can ask here about concepts you do not get.
