i would say B. I know he was a French Romantic painter, so that eliminates A and D

A person can be French but paint other type of paintings.

◘ Have a form of ID - excluding a birth certificate 
◘ Have no serious offenses on your record 
◘ If you have serious offenses, an additional process may be required
