Question

At long last, I have finished my first sonnet. A friend said I should try writing something other than haiku, so here it is. You'd think it wouldn't be that hard to write roughly 115 words. It took me 5 nights of staring at the moon to crank this one out XD

Anyways, constructive criticism is always welcome, along with suggestions. Enjoy ^_^

That silver orb which hangs in a black sky
whose reflection dances across water
with a majestic allure of calm.
That silver orb which glows a mottled white
whose luminescent beams reveal the night
in all its tantalizing brilliance.
That silver orb which shifts the ocean tides
whose celestial grip guides the waters
through an endless motion of push and pull.
That silver orb which conceals her face
whose masks change in a midnight masquerade
to which has no distinguishable end.
That silver orb which guards our dark secrets
watches down in solemn acknowledgement.
