Let's start with the easy one. What is g(x)?
When you plug in the x value for for the equations in your answer choice you should see same answers for example if you plug in x=1 you should get 4^1-1(1)=4+(-1)
you would have to plug in all values of x to get a definitive answer
4^x-1x would be the equation from the answer choice and 4+(-1)would be f(x)+g(x)
