Whats the question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you reword it for me The Civil Rights Act of 1964 outlawed major forms of discrimination against racial, ethnic, national and religion minorities, and women. This act ended unequal application of voter registration requirements and racial segregation in schools, at workplace and public accommodations. The Civil Rights Act was eventually expanded by Congress to strengthen enforcement of these fundamental civil rights. This protects rights of African Americas and other minorities giving them rights to feel as equal.
