. Will the patterns of circulation around high and low pressure in the northern and southern hemispheres of the Earth like be true of a similar planet elsewhere? How do you know?

IOW, how do we know the laws of physics are the same everywhere in the universe?! if they are, and i don't know of an experiment that proves that to be true, then the coriolis effect should also occur everywhere where the laws of physics say it should. within our own solar system, that seems to be the case, and we can see similar coriolis effects on Jup and Saturn. the atmospheres on Mars and Venus are less amenable to Coriolis but i think it can still be detected.
