Show in at least two different ways that the sets A-(BnC) and(A-B)U(A-C) are equal

myininaya (myininaya):

Well do you know you can use a truth table to show the equality of those two sets? Or you can just prove the sets are equal by using a non-truth table method...just using the definitions of the sets...which kinda seems similar to me.

OpenStudy (klm):

Ok I know that I have to do with truth table but how? I do not know the way...If it is possible can you show me the solution pleeeeaaasee I really need you help

myininaya (myininaya):

A-B means in A but not in B so you translate that to A and not B AUB means A or B or both

myininaya (myininaya):

maybe you can try it now given the definitions of those

OpenStudy (klm):

Ok thnx a lot...
