As I said, I truly have problems with semi-colons at times (it's the lists that get me), but I would go with your gut on these ones. I will have to get off soon, but I will be more than willing to help with future questions. :)
No it's not C. The ; should be commas .

Why?
Because there are already commas after the city, so you need to use semicolons when listing the countries.
