Your answer would be D because every piece of that sentence is accurate: the spelling, agreements, punctuation and etc. 
See... in A: The apostrophe is in the wrong place. (wouldn't is how it shoud look ) 
         in B: There isn't even an apostrophe.
in C: apostrophe in woudn't is correct, however ours should NOT have any apostrophe. : ) hope this helped.
