Basically.. this is like a research task where you want to educate the families of soldiers about PTSD.

"Provide an overview of the disorder, the symptoms, and consequences of PTSD".

You need to firstly, google what PTSD is..
Find a definition.
Explain how you can get PTSD. (The causes of PTSD)
Talk about the symptoms ( These are like signs) of PTSD.
The consequences of PTSD (The side-effects of PTSD) .
